L'audit de parc informatique est un état des lieux de votre parc informatique dans son intégralité permettant de vérifier et diagnostiquer les installations de votre entreprise :
  • Audit du système d’information pour en révéler les failles, vulnérabilités, défaillances ou les possibilités d'améliorations : matériels (serveurs, ordinateurs...), logiciels, interconnexions réseau(x), sécurité du réseau, vérification des sauvegardes...
  • Audit des utilisateurs : niveau, usages...
  • Audit de vos attentes : identification de vos besoins en fonction de votre métier et vos activités

 

Suite à ces diagnostics, Groupe de Génie réalise des préconisations afin de maintenir ou de remettre à niveau votre architecture informatique et sa sécurité en prenant en compte vos caractéristiques métiers et les contraintes liées :

 

  • Préconisation d’un nombre d’interventions par mois/trimestre/semestre/année sur site et/ou par télémaintenance
  • Proposition d’un forfait hotline
  • Recommandations sur le changement urgent de matériel, préconisations sur le long terme

Un rapport d’audit vous est remis avec ces informations.
